Pike Brewing Company was founded in 1989 by Charles and Rose Ann Finkel. Michael Jackson called Pike Brewing a “shrine to beer”. Located in downtown Seattle in the historic Pike Place Market, Pike Brewing Company brews world class beers and serves local sustainable food; is family friendly and a fun interesting place to visit.
The Pike brews 12 varieties of beer, nine year round. Both Pike Naughty Nellie and Pike Monk’s Uncle are the Pike’s signature organic brewed beers.
Pike Brewery’s Museum Room is dedicated to the history of beer from its earliest beginning in Egypt to current day and functions as an event venue for private parties and gatherings.
Pike Brewing Company embodies the philosophy of local, sustainable and environmentally friendly. We purchase our food locally, run our brewery operations with steam power, recycle 85% of our waste and light the pub and brewery with energy saving lighting. Pike’s spent grain from the brewing process goes to local farmers to feed their livestock.
