Mighty-O Doughnuts
At Mighty-O we create original recipes that are developed from scratch. In the beginning we mixed our dry ingredients by hand in small batches. Today we continue to make our proprietary organic donut mix “in house” with the help of modern equipment and produce hundreds of pounds daily. Additionally we make our own organic glazes and organic chocolate icings. Our donuts are made out of our bakery in Seattle using certified organic ingredients, without chemical preservatives, hydrogenated oils (trans fat), food colorings, artificial flavors, or animal ingredients. With respect to our values we maintain the highest ingredient standards to create a delicious donut experience every time.
Cupcake Royale & Vérité Coffee
Seattle’s original neighborhood cupcake bakery! Baking cupcakes with love, using natural, local, sustainable ingredients. Featuring a seasonal Cupcake of the Month flavor, and proudly brewing fair and direct trade beans from Stumptown coffee in all four cafés. Cupcake Royale is committed to doing their part to keep things green, and have drastically reduced their waste output through recycling and composting programs. Cupcake Royale has four Seattle locations and now offers cupcake delivery to most Seattle neighborhoods.

Homegrown Sustainable Sandwich Shop was founded in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle in March 2009. Our goal at Homegrown is not only to create sandwiches out of sustainable ingredients but also to make sandwich creation sustainable itself. We like to call this sandwich environmentalism.

Cactus
Since 1990, Cactus has been satisfying Seattle’s need for high-quality, innovative, Mexican, Southwestern, and Spanish cuisine from its home in Madison Park. In 2002, the award-winning restaurant started serving eastside customers at a premier location in Kirkland. And since August 2006, locals and tourists have been enjoying the spectacular Puget Sound views from a new location on Alki beach in Seattle.
